Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome. Appointments are recommended for custom design consultations and complex repairs so we can give you our full attention.
Do you clean and inspect jewelry for free?
Yes. We offer free jewelry checks and cleaning for anyone, even if you didn’t purchase your jewelry from us. Bring your piece in and we’ll check to make sure stones and clasps are tight, then clean it using our ultrasonic cleaner and steamer while you wait. If we find anything that needs attention, we’ll explain it and give you a quote. There’s no obligation, and the check is always free.
Can you fix jewelry other jewelers said couldn't be fixed?
Often, yes. We specialize in complex repairs and heirloom restorations that other jewelers turn away. Bring your piece in for a free assessment. If it can be repaired, our master jewelers will find a solution.
What types of jewelry do you specialize in?
We specialize in custom and non-mass-produced jewelry, bridal pieces, and estate jewelry. Instead of carrying name-brand mass-produced pieces, we source from master jewelry designers to bring you unique, high-quality items you won’t find in chain stores. We also create custom designs from scratch, so if you can’t find what you’re looking for, we can make it for you.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer interest-free financing through Synchrony. We also accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and cashier’s checks. Personal checks are not accepted.
What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 10 days for exchange or store credit only. Items must be in new condition with the original receipt. Estate pieces, clearance items, altered jewelry, and custom work are final sale.
How long does custom jewelry take?
Most custom pieces take 3–6 weeks from consultation to completion, depending on complexity. If you have a specific deadline, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests.
Do you offer appraisals?
Yes. Every purchase includes a complimentary insurance appraisal. For items not purchased from us, appraisal services are available for a fee. Call or stop in for a quote.
